Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a quantitative field (Math, System Analysis).
Graduated from a strong university (e.g., KSE, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, KPI, KNEU, Taras Shevchenko University or similar).
1–2 years of experience in Big 4 or top consulting / advisory firms : PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, marketing, financial analyst in FMCG, tech.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and structured problem-solving.
English B2+.
Nice to have:
SQL, Python, Tableau, dbt.
CFA Level 1+.
