Preferred experience marketing in the SMB B2B space.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
Track record of hitting pipeline targets and generating revenue.
Hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns in paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic, and email marketing.
Self-motivated; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
Proven track record of improving funnel performance.
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
