- Work directly with complex accounting partners across Queensland
- Facilitate sustainable growth, retention, and development within portfolio
- Deliver education, strategic advice, and proactive guidance to partners
- Manage a portfolio of 350 to 400 accounting firms
- Execute high-volume engagement strategy via phone-based relationship management
- Mitigate deletion risks and protect a retention target through proactive education
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by synthesizing concise pitches

- Proven sales performance and a results-driven approach
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong communication and public speaking abilities
- Natural curiosity for the online accounting market
- High initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Comfort working towards monthly revenue and activity targets
