Role Overview
Play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our global People team.
Oversee the end-to-end coordination of the employee lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding processes run seamlessly.
Maintain data integrity within our people systems and act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries.
Contribute to a supportive and well-functioning workplace culture.
Empower regional teams to focus on strategic initiatives by executing foundational administrative operations with care and precision.
Requirements
You bring a background in human resources or people operations ideally in a global technology company.
Understanding Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems) and, where appropriate, implementing system/process improvements.
You have experience improving manual processes and finding smarter ways to work by integrating AI efficiencies into our workflows.
An exceptional eye for detail is part of your toolkit, ensuring high data accuracy.
Your outstanding communication skills allow you to assist employees with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
You possess a natural ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will actively contribute to a team-first environment and support collective goals.
