About this role
Role Overview
Provides essential Human Resources support to the corporate office
Serves as a key point of contact for associates and managers on day-to-day HR matters
Responsible for the accurate administration of policies and procedures, payroll auditing, employee status changes, new hire onboarding, HR data maintenance and reporting, and support of benefit programs
Accurately processes associate data changes in Workday
Manages position creation and updates in Workday, partnering with Compensation
Creates and maintains organizational charts in PowerPoint
Supports payroll processing through data entry, timesheet reviews, and system audits
Identifies and resolves pay discrepancies through adjustments and corrections
Analyzes corporate office payroll costs and reports findings to leadership
Completes and audits new hire paperwork
Conducts off-cycle orientations as needed
Conducts exit interviews and escalates key findings to HR Business Partners
Trains new associates on timekeeping systems and procedures
Partners with HR Business Partners and the Campus Recruiting & Programs team to support program execution
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
General knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and auditing tasks
Collaborative and curious mindset with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and business partners
