Execute comprehensive testing and analysis of pre-release Tableau analytics features, providing rigorous feedback to product teams
Spearhead the development and deployment of boundary-pushing internal analytics tools, driving the transition from experimental concepts to high-impact, production-ready solutions for our global users
Design, build, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports that track the performance, usage, and ROI of the Customer Zero program
Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to align on product vision and define success metrics
Identify and implement improvements to internal analytics workflows to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy
Translate technical data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership to guide product roadmap decisions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or sales strategy
Proficiency in Tableau (Desktop/Server) and SQL is mandatory
Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth environment
Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering data-backed insights
Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and self-start
Experience working with Customer Zero or internal "first customer" product testing programs (preferred)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently (preferred)
Experience working with distributed teams and international stakeholders (preferred)
Basic skill in semantic data modelling, specifically experience with the Semantic Data Model (SDM) or Tableau Semantics (preferred)
Working knowledge of Agentforce, the platform for building autonomous Gen AI agents (preferred)
Working knowledge of vibe coding, such as using Agentforce Vibes for app/code generation (preferred)
