Own the end-to-end process of querying, validating, and analyzing large datasets to uncover insights that drive product, growth, and monetization decisions
Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to forecast user lifetime value (LTV), acquisition costs, retention trends, and overall business performance
Analyze acquisition performance, user behavior patterns, engagement trends, and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve decision-making
Build scalable SQL queries and forecasting models that support performance tracking, strategic planning, and optimization efforts across the business
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by auditing data sources, validating metrics, and improving reporting processes
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Help shape how teams think about performance by identifying meaningful trends, surfacing risks, and providing proactive insights
Mentor junior analysts by reviewing work, sharing best practices, and helping elevate analytical thinking across the team.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in analytics roles, with significant exposure to product analytics, user acquisition, growth, or performance marketing data
Advanced SQL expertise with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and independently work with large datasets
Strong spreadsheet modeling skills for forecasting, trend analysis, scenario planning, and business reporting
Experience analyzing user behavior, retention, monetization, and acquisition performance to support business growth
Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and data validation practices
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical findings for leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts is a plus.
