Center Director

Role Overview

• Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment
• Manage day to day Center staff including recruiting and performance management
• Lead intake process and onboard new clients and families
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners
• Manage financial and operational performance of the Center
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the Center

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• 5+ years of management, operations, and leadership
• Healthcare environment experience required, behavioral health preferred
• Strong business acumen; understanding of general finance and budgeting
• Ability to build consensus and positive relationships among staff, clients, families, external vendors and referral sources
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
