About this role
Role Overview
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific facility maintenance requirements.
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all operations meet city-wide quality and compliance standards.
Identify new business opportunities and promote expanded services to existing clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any service issues effectively.
Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles in facility management or building maintenance sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lead teams and manage contractor relationships.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
