Build email and SMS campaigns and flows in clients' ESPs (Customer.io, Klaviyo) from approved designs and copy.
Work within the Bask Health telehealth platform, where builds connect to the client's patient and backend systems.
Slice and export image assets from Figma and assemble them into responsive, on-brand email templates.
Set up audience segments, suppressions, triggers, scheduling, links, UTMs, and personalization tags with correct fallbacks, following each client's build rules.
Activate and configure lifecycle flows accurately, applying client-specific naming conventions and build rules exactly.
Run pre-send QA on every build: mobile and dark-mode rendering, working links, correct segments, and correct flow activation.
Catch your own errors before they reach QA, treating clean first-pass builds as the standard.
Keep builds on schedule in ClickUp and flag blockers early so nothing slips before a send.
Coordinate clearly and proactively with strategists, designers, and account managers in Slack and ClickUp.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience building emails and flows in at least one major ESP (Customer.io, Klaviyo, or a close equivalent).
Comfortable slicing and exporting assets from Figma and assembling responsive email templates.
Precise and detail-oriented: you follow client-specific build rules and naming conventions exactly, and you catch your own mistakes before anyone else does.
Fast, reliable turnaround with clear, proactive communication.
Resilient and calm under pressure, able to keep builds moving against fixed send schedules.
Solid written English for clear internal coordination in Slack and ClickUp.
Nice to have (a plus, not a dealbreaker): telehealth or DTC health experience; specific experience with Customer.io or Bask Health; a multi-client agency build background; working knowledge of HTML and more complex segmentation and flow logic; an understanding of deliverability and compliance basics (no protected health information in subject lines, CAN-SPAM, and A2P/TCPA for SMS); and comfort using AI tools in a build workflow.
Benefits
Competitive compensation discussed individually based on experience and location.
A fully remote role with a small, fast-moving, documentation-driven team.
Clear ownership of a defined station in a well-structured pipeline, with the autonomy to run your builds independently.
Regular, structured feedback and check-ins so you always know where you stand.
Room to grow: as you master the build station, there's scope to take on more complex flow logic and shape how the build process works.
