Role Overview
- Provide technical expertise on actuarial analyses
- Coach and develop junior actuaries
- Monitor competitor actions and translate insights into opportunities
- Lead mid-to-complex rate and pricing initiatives
- Facilitate regulatory engagement through rate changes
- Execute end-to-end delivery of pricing changes
Requirements
- University degree in Actuarial Sciences or closely related field
- 7+ years in a P&C Actuarial function
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency and interest in programming, notably with SQL, R and/or Python
- Advanced analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous and resilient; shows initiative and creativity in their work
