Experience: You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house) and build strategies that deliver.

Organizational Skills: You structure projects precisely, document thoroughly, and create focus for all stakeholders.
Performance Know-how: You understand the levers in Social and Google Ads and coordinate them confidently.
