Role Overview
- Drive growth in the Polish market by building strategic partnerships and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies
- Lead the Polish market organization for Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions
- Craft and steer the divisional strategy at national level to accelerate business growth
- Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize team structure and processes
- Drive business success by establishing and tracking key performance targets
- Coach, develop and motivate a result-driven sales & marketing team
- Foster a forward-thinking culture of continuous innovation and adaptability
- Champion adherence to compliance, governance and risk management
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or engineering (master’s degree preferred)
- Proven track record of 5+ years leadership experience managing and developing large sales or commercial organizations (50+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of the Polish market and an established network across relevant customer segments
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to optimize and motivate cross-functional high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on innovation and developing new markets
- Analytical and self-driven to use data and digital tools to optimize sales processes and performance
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally, when required.
