Contribute to high‑stakes, enterprise‑wide projects.
Design and mature self‑serve people data products.
Own Data Warehousing and Data Architecture design decisions.
Bring analytical rigor to enterprise People programs.
Apply and interpret advanced methods where needed.
Serve as a partner to HRBPs, People leaders, and analysts on data literacy.
Champion data governance, privacy, and role‑based access.
Contribute to PAR’s roadmap, operating model, and culture.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a closely related field, with at least 2–3+ years in People Analytics / HR data.
Experience designing and maintaining executive‑facing dashboards and data products in a BI tool (e.g., OneModel, Tableau, Looker).
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with a modern cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear stories and actionable insights for HR/business leaders.
Demonstrated expertise in multivariate analysis, including the design and interpretation of regression models.
Strong foundation in research methodology and psychometrics.
Experience handling sensitive HR data with strong judgment around privacy, security, and role‑based access controls.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
