Project leadership or co-piloting of special and development projects with clear responsibility for results
Contribution to company-building topics across core components such as operational processes, organizational structures, personnel, IT and work tools
Independently identifying relevant areas for action based on qualitative and quantitative analyses as well as proactively initiating and driving topics forward
Content support for executive management in preparing key internal and external meetings and events
Project-related collaboration with external partners

High personal responsibility and ownership for your topics – from idea to implementation
Strong 80/20 mindset with focus on the essentials and pragmatic, effective solutions

Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development or a comparable role
