Requirements
High personal responsibility and ownership for your topics – from idea to implementation
Strong 80/20 mindset with focus on the essentials and pragmatic, effective solutions
Enjoy prioritizing topics independently, preparing decisions on a sound basis and implementing them
Confident handling of decision-making scope in a professional, objective and rational environment
Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development or a comparable role
Very strong analytical skills combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
Strong interest in entrepreneurial issues, business models and operational implementation
Structured, independent working style and clear communication
Confident presence when interacting with executive management, leaders and external partners
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
