Identify, analyze and actively pursue new business opportunities, markets and partnerships
Acquire customers, partners and stakeholders and build long-term relationships
Co-develop go-to-market strategies and independently conduct market and competitive analyses
Plan and implement projects to automate and digitize business processes independently — with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations and Medical to develop customer-centric solutions
Create concepts, documentation and pitch decks that make our strategies tangible and present measurable success metrics
Proactively help roll out new features and systems to continuously improve the customer journey
Gradually take on team responsibilities and help shape operational processes

Completed (applied) university degree, ideally with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Initial practical experience (e.g., internships, working student roles or personal projects) demonstrating you thrive in dynamic environments
Entrepreneurial mindset — you identify opportunities, develop solutions and implement them independently
Analytical, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges
Strong communication skills in German and English to persuade both internal and external stakeholders — French is a strong plus
High level of initiative and a drive to go beyond expectations
Structured, reliable working style with the ability to keep an overview in multifaceted projects
