Wallace Perimeter Security is a leading manufacturer of high-security perimeter solutions, safeguarding various facilities. They are seeking a driven and strategic Market Developer to expand their presence by forging key relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects, conduct cold outreach, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers
- Maintain and submit regular activity and results reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly/annual territory reviews
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events to network and uncover new opportunities (travel required)
- Keep accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring customer profiles, lead generation, and updates are properly maintained
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or market development
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Construction experience is considered an asset
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is an asset
