Role Overview
- Identification, selection and targeted approach of candidates
- Reviewing incoming applications and making initial screening decisions
- Planning and conducting interviews, evaluating with all stakeholders and making offer decisions
- Measuring and reporting the success of recruiting activities using appropriate KPIs
- Tracking trends in recruiting and active sourcing and continuously improving applicant management
Requirements
- Initial experience in tech recruiting and active sourcing
- Degree, e.g. in business or humanities, or a comparable completed vocational qualification
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
- Convincing, open and appreciative communication, empathy and team spirit
- Confident written and spoken German and English
