Responsible for the overall project planning, control and independent leadership of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals.
Participate in cross-functional leadership formats.
Act as the central point of contact for customer and employee-related issues.
Build, lead and manage multinational project teams.
Drive the professional development of approximately 25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community at ASG.

Proven project management and consulting skills with extensive client experience and the ability to effectively manage client expectations and align them with project deliverables.
Passion for continuous learning, strong business acumen and excellent time management skills.
A solid understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions is an advantage.
Ability to build relationships, promote collaboration and provide sound advisory support.
Experience leading and managing teams, both onshore and offshore, is a plus.
University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
Fluent in German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
