Requirements
- Highly experienced and commercially-minded leader
- Bias to action and ability to cut through ambiguity
- Constantly evolving approach to leverage AI opportunities
- Knowledge of data strategy excellence with pragmatism over idealism
- Understanding of metrics in a subscription business (ARR, NRR, churn, etc.)
- Ability to distil complex problems into actionable plans
- Tailor communication to diverse audiences and navigate differing opinions
- Knowledgeable in data security and privacy best practices
