Project Manager – Boost’r & Care Offering

Role Overview

• The Project Manager is responsible for the successful operational delivery of Boost’r & Care accounts, from commercial sign-off through ongoing service delivery.
• Ensure deliverables are delivered on time and meet the commercial commitments.
• Coordinate internal teams to prevent silos.
• Track progress through to final delivery.
• Identify friction points early and escalate to the appropriate level when necessary.
• Contribute to making the organization scalable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational project management (SaaS, agency, operations, consulting, or multi-client environments)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent cross-team coordination skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-growing environments
• Ability to anticipate issues and manage escalations
• Meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French
• Experience in SaaS, foodtech, or delivery-oriented environments is a plus.
