- Contribute to building the data modeling layer
- Build strong data governance processes
- Develop training and documentation for data analysts
- Interview, hire, and train future data engineers
- Administrate data orchestration through modern tools and concepts like ETL and ELT
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Data Engineer
- Fluent in writing analytical SQL
- Fluent in Python
- Experience with some of the following platforms: Stitch/Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, Looker/Mode/Sigma, Hightouch/Cencus
- Ability to explain complex data flows, datasets, or queries to non-technical people
- Bonus: experienced with building ML pipelines
- A natural curiosity and investigative mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast, high-growth startup environment
