Reporting to the Head of the software training division for the property management activity, your role is to support property management specialists during the rollout of their new core software solution.
Training management: perform functional diagnostics and configure business requirements in the application, design and deliver user training (remote, in-person or via video), develop product documentation and provide user support.
Client relationship management: organize and schedule client meetings at each stage of the project lifecycle, and take an active part in steering committees to help arbitrate decisions according to the client’s specific expectations.
Travel within and around the Île-de-France region is expected up to 3 days per week and may require overnight stays depending on the locations of your assignments.
Requirements
Higher education: BTS in Real Estate Professions or Accounting and Management (or equivalent).
At least 5 years’ professional experience as a real estate accountant in the property management (syndic) sector.
Interest in IT processes, instructional training and knowledge sharing.
