About this role
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition / Media Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying technical profiles specialized within our media and broadcast ecosystem:
Identify and source technical profiles via LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards
Build Boolean searches tailored to broadcast and media roles
Contribute to drafting and publishing job advertisements
Assist in mapping the players in the audiovisual and broadcast sector
Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and candidate outreach
Support the development of employer branding for media roles
Conduct HR phone pre-screenings
Manage candidate follow-up and candidate relations
Participate in exchanges with the sales and technical teams
Update recruitment tracking tools and the ATS
Perform regular market monitoring of the media and broadcast sectors
Provide regular reporting on recruitment activity
Requirements
You are currently in your final year of business school, HR, communications or an equivalent university program.
You enjoy discovering technical and innovative environments and are committed to continuous learning.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Sourcing techniques and direct outreach
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS
Microsoft Office / collaborative tools
Interest in media, broadcast and audiovisual environments
