As a Global People & Culture Business Partner, you are the primary point of contact for leaders and stakeholders on strategic and operational HR matters.
Together with a collaborative team, you actively shape change processes and contribute your expertise to the organization's development.
You combine strategic thinking with a clear focus on people and organizational structures.
You advise managers, team leads and other stakeholders competently and empathetically on operational and strategic issues.
As part of reorganizations, you support organizational development and actively accompany change processes across the group.
Together with leaders, you coordinate measures with Talent Management and support employee development, succession planning and performance/appraisal discussions.
You participate in People & Culture projects, take on project responsibility and continuously improve existing processes.
Requirements
University degree in business administration or social sciences with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner and sparring partner for leaders on strategic HR topics, as well as operational experience across the employee lifecycle
Solid expertise in Compensation & Benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, labor law issues and international matrix structures, and experience working with works councils
Structured, independent and resilient working style, strong interpersonal skills, confident presence, excellent communication abilities and business-minded thinking
Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment
