About this role

Manage diverse solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects throughout development and delivery for utility-scale developers in New Zealand
Lead or contribute to owner's engineering, due diligence, lenders technical advisory and design services
Take ownership of projects post-onboarding
Demonstrate strong management and communication skills while collaborating with clients and internal specialists
Develop strong relationships with both clients and internal specialists

6+ years of experience in the power industry
3+ years of experience in the commercial or utility-scale solar PV sector
Strong understanding of the project development and delivery lifecycle
Experience with grid connection of generation plants
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred
Familiarity with industry tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, PVcase, Rated Power, or SAM by NREL
Extensive familiarity with the Microsoft environment
Familiarity with CRM/ERM platforms like MS Dynamics is an advantage
Valid Class 1 New Zealand driver's license and full flexibility to travel across New Zealand and APAC
