Draft and review strategic legal pleadings, appeals, opinions, and complex defenses
Manage judicial and administrative proceedings related to civil litigation
Advise clients on matters involving commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property
Ensure control and management of procedural deadlines with a high level of organization and technical quality
Review legal documents and support the standardization of internal firm materials
Work autonomously in handling matters, ensuring technical excellence and fulfillment of deliverables
Support the optimization of internal legal workflows and routines

Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
Solid experience in civil litigation and in-depth knowledge of civil procedure
Experience in corporate law, contracts, or intellectual property
Excellent legal writing skills, with experience drafting and reviewing complex pleadings
Analytical, strategic, and organized profile with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to provide consultative client service
Ability to work autonomously in managing legal matters and prioritizing tasks
