Analyze, implement and execute HR policies and procedures in accordance with Head Office guidelines;
Track internal movements (transfers/promotions) to support managerial decision-making;
Seek improvements in benefits and working conditions to provide a suitable and pleasant environment, contributing to employee satisfaction and motivation;
Recruit and select candidates, attracting professionals aligned with the company’s values using company platforms and specialized job sites;
Propose and implement Training and Development programs, from the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to delivery, leveraging market best practices and methodologies;
Lead the onboarding/integration program;
Replicate corporate/international projects originating from the Head Office;
Develop Internal Communications and internal marketing (endomarketing) activities, promoting actions to disseminate organizational culture;
Manage the Performance and Development Program for employees, ensuring correct use of the platform and optimal reporting from the tool;
Control the budget for funds under your responsibility;
Support the preparation of the department budget.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in similar roles, preferably in multinationals and/or retail companies with regular contact with operational/frontline staff;
Experience supporting LATAM structures/operations is desirable;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field;
Advanced English (conversational) – mandatory; Spanish – desirable;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
SAP / SuccessFactors experience is desirable.
