Lead, mentor, and support a team of three Talent Acquisition Partners through coaching, feedback, and development initiatives
Establish performance expectations and monitor productivity and recruiting KPIs
Support onboarding and continuous training efforts
Act as an escalation point for complex recruiting challenges
Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership-level and hard-to-fill positions
Partner with hiring leaders to align on candidate profiles and hiring needs
Develop sourcing strategies through networking, digital platforms, and proactive outreach
Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
Conduct screening and interview quality audits
Standardize recruiting best practices and processes
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and time-to-hire
Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership-level hiring
Minimum 2+ years leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiters
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site service organizations preferred
Experience using AI tools or automation within recruiting workflows
Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
Proven success achieving recruiting KPIs in high-volume or multi-role environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
