About this role
Role Overview
Build and lead solution design, Business Process Management (BPM), and Continuous Improvement (CI) capability.
Improve internal customer experiences and collect relevant performance data.
Define process management standards and tools for organization-wide use.
Manage new service onboarding and establish core capabilities for IGBS implementation.
Collaborate with Insulet Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and deliver process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or equivalent preferred.
15+ years leading Business Process Transformation activities and associated teams for large organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading and working with industry standard techniques including Six Sigma and Lean (as examples).
Experience with GBS implementations and operational settings.
