Director M&A – Business Development

Role Overview

• Support with the sourcing, diligence and integrations of new acquisitions in the MENA region
• Create and execute MENA M&A sourcing strategy
• Identify and build long-term relationships with software business owners in MENA
• Conduct in-depth market research across priority MENA countries
• Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity and prepare reports

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English & the relevant local language
• Strong existing industry network in the MENA region
• Good understanding of the MENA business and technology landscape
• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with CRM tools, pipeline tracking, dashboards, and reporting
