Role Overview
Lead strategic initiatives focused on seller acquisition, adoption, growth, and long-term marketplace success.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships, driving seller onboarding and engagement.
Champion initiatives that simplify seller onboarding, listing management, fulfillment, compliance, and operational workflows.
Drive seller adoption of marketplace advertising solutions to improve seller growth.
Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs involving Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace business development, seller acquisition, category management, partnerships, or related fields.
Proven success driving seller acquisition and marketplace growth at scale.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
Strong business development and partnership management experience.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
