Requirements
10+ years in Financial Services in a senior leadership role or as a strategic consultant
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and Financial Services-specific offerings including Financial Services Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
Proven track record advising on large-scale digital modernisation programs
Ability to build business cases and quantify the value of technology investments
Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment
