About this role
Role Overview
You’ll lead onsite project management services for data center construction projects, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables are developed, maintained, and achieved in alignment with project objectives.
You’ll track and control project scope, budget, risks, and timelines, proactively resolving issues that may impact quality, cost, or delivery.
You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, general contractors, vendors, and internal partners, to drive consistent execution across E2 sites.
You’ll monitor vendor and contractor performance, ensuring accountability, adherence to contractual terms, and compliance with project standards and best practices.
You’ll define, manage, and enforce change management and change control processes, ensuring all changes are documented, communicated, tracked, and implemented consistently.
You’ll facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements, providing clear status updates, managing open action items, and supporting alignment on cost, schedule, and scope.
You’ll support construction activities in the field, applying industry best practices for construction oversight, design review, and quality assurance.
You’ll drive project closeout activities by participating in closeout meetings, tracking issue resolution, reviewing as‑built documentation, and validating final deliverables.
You’ll maintain ongoing documentation and reporting, delivering weekly updates, managing shared trackers, providing written design feedback, and supporting version control and lessons learned.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects, with direct responsibility for schedule, cost, and scope control.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure project.
Proficiency in change management, vendor coordination, contract administration, invoicing, and budget tracking within formal project governance frameworks.
Demonstrated experience with project documentation, reporting tools, shared trackers, and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders.
