Lead the CRM & CLM B2B strategy with a focus on acquisition, monetization, retention and reactivation of the client base
Design and evolve end-to-end customer journeys, taking into account a consultative sales cycle and multiple decision-makers
Plan, execute and optimize multichannel campaigns (
email, push, WhatsApp, RCS and digital channels), ensuring scale and performance
Manage and evolve base segmentation to ensure relevant, personalized communications
Monitor and optimize key KPIs (conversion, churn, incremental revenue, engagement and lead generation)
Act as a cross-functional link between Marketing, Sales, Product, Data and Technology, ensuring consistency between strategy and execution
Implement automations, personalization at scale and continuous testing (A/B tests, new segmentations and journeys)
Define governance and a CRM/CLM roadmap oriented to business impact
Requirements
High school diploma
Certificate of completion
Proven experience in CRM, CLM, relationship marketing or growth, preferably in B2B
Strong analytical skills with mastery of lifecycle and base performance metrics
Experience with segmentation and customer base management, and marketing automation
Experience building multichannel customer journeys
Ability to lead and influence in complex, cross-functional environments
Results-oriented profile with strategic vision and execution capability
Differentials:
Experience in telecom, technology, SaaS or digital services
Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
Experience with personalization at scale, advanced data use and growth initiatives
