About this role
Role Overview
Work closely with the CRM Manager: map and define CRM journeys for our incoming leads and customers, identifying the right moments to deliver relevant, personalized content
Build and manage end-to-end email campaigns: create and maintain automated workflows (onboarding flows, nurturing sequences, triggered emails) in collaboration with RevOps and the product team
Run A/B tests from hypothesis through analysis, and translate findings into concrete improvements
Monitor campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate) and produce regular performance reports
Identify opportunities to convert ad-hoc campaigns into scalable automated workflows
Help design and implement AI agents that make our CRM smarter
Requirements
Hands-on experience with at least one CRM tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, or Customer.io
Ability to write clear, engaging, conversion-oriented content in French and English
Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability basics
Hands-on curiosity with AI tools: prompt engineering, building agents, or automating workflows (n8n, Make, Clay, or similar)
Data analysis skills: comfortable with metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion rate
Confident using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytics tools
Fluency in English and French
