Support end-to-end payroll implementation projects, gaining a full understanding of the process lifecycle.
Work closely with clients and team members to analyze requirements and help shape effective solutions.
Configure and adapt payroll systems to ensure they meet client-specific needs.
Participate in and support functional testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality payroll delivery.
Requirements
2 years of experience in implementing Payroll ERP solutions.
Understanding of payroll processes and initial experience with system configuration.
Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects and priorities.
Strong communication skills, with a client-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Integrho is a strong plus.
Experience with time & attendance solutions or HCM systems is considered an advantage.
Spanish is essential and fluency in English.
