Assists with capability-building efforts and sharing of effective practices across markets.
Supports planning processes and helps track alignment across key activities and deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or related commercial roles.
Experience supporting regional, country-level, or downstream marketing initiatives.
Ability to execute effectively within cross-functional, matrixed environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience working with hospital systems, clinical stakeholders, or medical technology.
Working knowledge of market analytics, brand execution, pricing, and customer insights.
