Advising clients on employee relations, compliance, performance management, leaves, accommodations, investigations, audits, and HR best practices
Partnering with PPR’s internal Payroll and Benefits Department in support of clients’ payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and year-end compliance activities
Leading HR process improvement
Drafting policies, employee communications, corrective actions, and other HR documentation
Building strong client relationships through responsiveness, sound judgment, and professionalism
Navigating multiple clients, priorities, and business environments with adaptability and accountability
Contributing positively to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and firm culture
Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated ability to manage both tactical and strategic priorities
Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge
Experience being a liaison between internal and client payroll and benefits
