You advise companies on the development and implementation of their IT strategy
You define and advise our clients on their IT sourcing activities (outsourcing, cloud, multi-vendor/provider management)
You analyze IT areas to identify components suitable for outsourcing and determine which areas should be retained as core competencies
You define target architectures and the Target Operating Model (TOM)
You support and lead the design of the target solution, the selection of providers, and the transition and transformation
You conduct market analyses, manage vendor selection, support the selection of IT service providers for our clients and assist in contract negotiations
As a project lead, you independently manage our client projects, take on topics that particularly interest you, develop areas of focus and continuously expand your expertise
You contribute to proposal processes, drive business development activities and actively participate in thought leadership on IT sourcing topics
You build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners and are actively involved in expanding our client portfolio and acquiring new clients
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting, and experience in the technical and/or disciplinary leadership of (smaller) project teams
Experience in project management and control in the area of IT strategy and IT sourcing
Knowledge in IT domains such as infrastructure, cloud, application management and IT security as well as ITIL and SIAM
Proven network and (several years of) experience in project sales, particularly in new client acquisition and in developing and maintaining client relationships
Strong positioning as a thought leader, with the ability to advance client topics through forward-looking impulses and contribute to market and business development
Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a comparable field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
