3+ years hands-on experience in PR, Brand, or Partnerships at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand, with direct ownership of commercial outcomes

Experience placing media coverage in fashion, lifestyle, or business publications

Commercial awareness — you think in branded demand and real outcomes, not impressions or EMV
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working alongside merchandising, influencer, creative, and SEO teams
Self-starter with a bias for action. Organised, reliable, ships on time
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
A passion for learning and improving continuously.
