Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options
- Be part of the community through events and outbound calls
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends

Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to meet sales targets and earn commission
