Retail Sales Consultant

Role Overview

• Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise.
• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work on the sales floor to meet customer’s needs using AT&T’s full suite of products.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Flexible to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Ability to meet sales targets and earn commission.
