Improve clients’ risk management through the delivery of tailored health, safety and environment consulting projects
Review clients’ operations to identify and analyze risks to their employees, contractors, visitors and other stakeholders
Develop comprehensive set of HSE documentation to support the embedding of HSE into client operations
Undertake on-site visits to determine HSE capabilities, identify risks and areas for improvement and craft corrective action reports
Undertake both in-person and on-line training of client employees in all areas of Health, safety, and Environmental Management
Prepare concise and clear reports and presentations
Provide risk management advice and consultancy primarily on health, safety, and environmental risks
Identify and develop relationships and opportunities internally and externally to ensure sustained growth for Marsh
Work with key business leaders in delivering value added services to clients
Develop and deliver propositions and solutions in line with client and market needs
Develop professionally as both a Health, Safety, and Environment Professional and Consultant
Grow your personal understanding and knowledge of Risk Management

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma IOSH Membership CSP / CMIOSH ISO 450001 Lead Auditor ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
Minimum 15 years of working experience within construction, Oil & Gas, utilities, and heavy industries consulting
Proven experience in a senior advisory or consultancy role
Strong knowledge of international HSE standard and management systems
Experience managing multi-disciplinary and high-risk projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High level of report writing and presentation skills
