You develop, plan and implement social media strategies for our clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
You create content calendars and take responsibility for operational execution — from concept to final posting and reporting.
You coordinate shoots, Reels and content productions together with our partners, creators and clients.
You analyze the performance of posts and campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
You manage social media campaigns (organic & paid) and develop creative communication concepts.
You work closely with our clients (often the business owners themselves) to ensure consistent brand communication.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally on the agency side.
You know the common social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Swat, Creator Studio, etc.) inside out.
You have a good sense for trends, storytelling and visual aesthetics — whether for food content, construction-site reels or tradesperson content.
You work in a structured way, are communicative and keen to take responsibility and engage with a wide variety of topics.
You have good to excellent skills in Canva and Adobe programs.
