About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
Acquisition of B2B commercial and industrial customers
Management of the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing
Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored energy solutions
Preparation of financial project models and business cases
Lead offer and contract negotiations in coordination with Management and Legal
Close collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Marketing for project handover
Monitoring of market, competitor and regulatory developments
Maintenance of the sales pipeline, forecasts and KPIs in the CRM system
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex/consultative solutions
Confident in consultative solution selling and contract negotiations
Strong understanding of financial metrics and business-case logic
Structured, data-driven working style within a CRM environment
Excellent communication skills and a confident presence with decision-makers
Interest in energy projects, infrastructure or sustainable business models
German language proficiency: at least C1
