Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
Lead workforce and talent planning activities in collaboration with leaders to support the organization’s current and future needs.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior HRBP, Senior Advisor or equivalent role in a dynamic environment.
Generalist expertise in Talent & Culture: labour/employee relations, talent management, compensation, performance, workforce planning, onboarding and organizational development.
Strong business acumen and strategic vision — you naturally connect HR initiatives to business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
Full professional bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
Availability to travel to Toronto once per month.
