Role Overview
- Develop level 1 AI skills and some level 2 skills based on specifications generated during workshops
- Deliver approximately 8 to 12 deployment-ready AI skills per month
- Perform testing and validation of AI skills prior to final review and deployment
- Maintain skills documentation and update the internal AI skills registry
- Support user training sessions and collect feedback from teams
- Build test-case libraries and QA processes for the different departments
- Continuously improve outcomes through iteration and prompt refinement
Requirements
- Practical AI experience: Has previously built prompts, workflows, or tools powered by LLMs.
- Excellent writing skills: The quality of AI skills depends directly on the clarity of the instructions.
- Fast iteration: Able to move quickly in a feedback-driven, continuous improvement environment.
- Curiosity about real business challenges: Interested in how teams actually work and seeks to understand how AI can improve operational execution.
- Business awareness: Understands that the best technical solution is not always the best solution for the business.
