Specialist, Tax Reporting

Role Overview

• Preparing FATCA and CRS reports for private equity funds
• Reviewing data for accuracy and liaising with tax authorities
• Supporting front-office teams with tax due diligence
• Assisting with preparation of annual tax returns and reviewing externally prepared tax returns
• Providing support to investors in the DACH region
• Conducting data quality checks for tax reporting
• Analyzing regulatory changes and assessing operational impacts
• Maintaining and optimizing tax policies, procedures and technical documentation
• Contributing to process and system improvements across the group

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Banking & Finance
• Professional experience in tax at an international fund manager, one of the Big Four, or a reputable tax advisory firm
• Hands-on knowledge of FATCA/QI and CRS regulations
• Expertise in European and US tax reporting
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and teamwork
• Sound judgment and high integrity
• Interest in working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Fluent in German and English
