2+ years of sales experience (preferred)
College degree a plus but not required
High School diploma required (GED)
Personable, confident, and eager to learn
Ability to commute to Burnsville, MN, for on-site training and work
Strong sales techniques and a history of meeting quotas
Excellent phone skills and rapport-building abilities
Knowledge of jewelry, watches, or collectibles (a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking with tech tools
